Noviella Hair Studio
Noviella Hair Studio works from a quiet side street in the centre of Skopje, a short walk from the main square, in a bright room of plants, light oak and round mirrors. A team of five set it up as a place where nobody is rushed and every client leaves knowing how to look after the result at home.
The approach is consistent: a proper consultation before anything is cut or coloured, honest advice about what will suit the hair and the way the client lives, and a finish that still works weeks later.
Colour is a large part of the work. The team specialises in balayage and face-framing colour that grows out softly, using professional low-ammonia lines that are kind to both hair and scalp.
Cutting first
Precise cutting is the base of everything Noviella does. Structured bobs, curly cuts and long layers are shaped to the way the hair falls naturally, so the style keeps its line without hours of blow-drying.
Bridal clients get the same attention: a trial session, a plan for the day and a finish that holds through photographs and dancing.
The studio
The number of chairs is deliberately kept small. It keeps the room calm and gives each stylist time for the client in the chair, from the first conversation to the last check in the mirror.
In the evenings the studio becomes a classroom. Noviella runs small workshops for young stylists on cutting technique and on photographing their own work, passing on what the team has learned behind the chair.
