Monochrome Collection – Kirsty Emms

Kirsty Emms of Essensuals Toni & Guy in Glasgow styled both the hair and the clothes for Monochrome, a backlit series shot on black by Thomas Beran. The light catches every loose strand: tousled platinum layers, a choppy blonde bob, long russet waves and dark, piecey shapes with fringes falling over the eyes. Anna Slezakova’s make-up adds a delicate signature, with lace patterns drawn on the forehead, cheek and collarbone and a painted mask in the final portrait.
