Dancers is a ballet-inspired story from Jason Kearns of KearnsDavidson, where grace and tension meet. Sculpted up-dos and long trailing strands echo a body in motion, corkscrew curls and porcelain tones set a balletic mood, and every shape stays romantic yet precise. It is a study in movement frozen on film – pure choreography for hair.

It reads as the conceptual side of 2006. Beyond the year’s wearable salon looks, editorial and session work leaned into narrative, movement and fine-art staging – hair built for a theme and caught mid-motion rather than simply styled. Jason Kearns’s Dancers lives in that space, where the story leads and the hair performs.
